Delivery & Returns Policy

How to order?

If you want to place an order with us, you can checkout as a ‘guest’. There is no need to create an account for purchase. When you make a purchase, we will collect your full name, mailing address, email address and phone number to process your order.

Payment is processed via Shopify’s payment system.



SHIPPING:

Once we have received your order online, we will proess your order within 3 working days. The order will be delivered via standard post unless customer requests an alternative shipping method. Shipping time usually would take around 3 to 7 days for local and international orders, depending on the location. Feel free to email us customerservice@lagerose.com  if you have further questions on shipping and delivery and we will promptly respond.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Only items purchased on this website (www.lagerose.com) can be returned or exchanged.

If you change your mind:

In Lagerose, we want to make sure you are happy with your experience with us. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase (change your mind or don’t like the fit or style) and would like an exchange or refund, please email us:  customerservice@lagerose.com  within 14 (working and non-working) days of receiving your item.

In this case you will be responsible for the shipping charges when returning the item to us. Also please read through the return/ exchange process and criteria below to ensure your request is acceptable.

 

If the product is faulty:

We go through stringent quality control before delivering the item to you. If there is manufacturing defect on the item, please email us:  customerservice@lagerose.com  within 14 (working and non-working) days of receiving your product.

 

Return or Exchange process:

  • Contact customer service by email at: customerservice@lagerose.com and send us photos of the faulty product (no need to send photos for change-of-mind return or exchange) ,
  • Once we have confirmed your return or exchange is acceptable, please send us your product within 14 (working and non-working) days, together with all packaging and tags of the product,
  • We will process your request as soon as we receive the returned item satisfactorily.

 

Criteria for return or exchange:

  • All items that come with the product such as clothing tag, paper box, wrapping bags etc, have to be returned in full to us,
  • The product cannot be worn or washed and would not have stains such as lipstick, powder or perfume odour (to name a few),
  • The product is undamaged except for the faulty areas,
  • Return shipping will be at your expense (as well as any duties and taxes that customs may levy in the case of an international return), unless the product is deemed faulty on our end,
  • We recommend using standard shipping with a tracking number and insurance for loss and damage, and to mention "defective merchandise" on the shipping label. We would not be responsible for loss or damage during shipping.

 

If the above criteria cannot be met the faulty product would not qualify for return or exchange.
